This collection of templates provides you with a number of forms frequently used at Iowa State University. Templates were created on a PC using Microsoft Word 6.0 and Excel 5.0 and conform to a uniform standard. You must be using these versions of the applications, or higher, to ensure the templates will function as designed.
To use the template you must first download it to your personal computer or network. Click on the template name to be downloaded. When a dialogue box appears, click on Save File. Then, specify the location where you want to save the template. Save the template, then use it with your Word or Excel application as you would with any other template or document.
