Creating forms for the Department Forms site
The following standards were followed in creating the forms/templates for University Forms. These should be followed when at all possible, but there are always exceptions to insure a form fits on one page if required.
The fonts chosen for standardization of forms was based on the True Type font, which means what you see on the screen is almost exactly the same as what prints, whether you have a laser or a dot-matrix printer. True Type fonts have TT next to them in the Font List box. (Supposedly PCs and MACs both have Arial and Times New Roman TT fonts).
Font size was based on the most commonly used size for text and ease of readability.
The most universal printer driver should be selected (one most used in your department).
